Having previously worked for Oasis & Warehouse, Next Retail, House of Fraser and New Look he has held numerous learning and development roles including Senior Development Partner. Colin’s focus has been on developing the potential of individuals from a management and leadership perspective as well as developing teams. Colin has leadership experience including time spent as an HR and Resourcing Manager for a UK based organisation.
A member of the British Psychological Society and the CIPD, Colin is accredited to use MBTI Step I and II, Strength Deployment Inventory, Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership and Korn Ferry ESCI 360. Colin also has a Work Based Learning qualification from the University of Derby.
Colin has a practical and collaborative approach to Learning and Development and encourages use of the 70 20 10 learning frameworks.
