Our team programmes can be 1, 2 or 3 day programmes depending on the learning outcomes. They always start with a 1 hour meeting with each team member in their own environment ahead of the team days to understand their individual learning outcomes and explore their perceptions of the team. We also follow up with a 2 hour team meeting after the programme where the team work together to be clear about the changes they are making.
