A chance meeting between Sarah and Charlotte which was not only in person but a meeting of minds, a shared passion for creating a space where individuals and teams can become incredible leaders
Horses reflect our internal selves, in a gentle, non judgemental way. The experiences are immediately transferable to our human lives and the impact we have on others.
We practise active listening and place trust in the journey to respect your needs, and ensure honest outcomes.
Personal growth is only achieved by stepping outside your comfort zone. We promise to help you learn through honest, thoughtful feedback.
We teach behavioural excellence and emotional intelligence by partnering with you to create space for collaboration and connection.
Charlotte is a dynamic, talented and bold coach who combines extensive experience of leadership with an innate ability to facilitate change in others. She is both intuitively challenging – always holding insight the goals agreed between her clients and herself – and supportively encouraging. She has a natural ability to assess situations, listen and really ‘hear’, drawing on personal strengths of warmth, perceptiveness and daring – always aiming to work with frankness, compassion and humour.
Sarah has been in Learning and Development and Organisation Development for more than 25 years and has an MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisation Development.
She held board level leadership positions in corporate organisations before starting her own consultancy Indigo Personal and Organisation Development in 2012. Her career has enabled her to continually add to her own leadership development, amongst the many qualifications she has acquired she is a qualified executive coach, NLP Practitioner, licensed in a range of psychometric tools including MBTI, PPA, ESCI, SDI and FIRO-B. She also holds a certificate in Systemic Coaching Constellations, which was also the subject of her Masters dissertation in which she used constellations in her research with Senior Leaders and their teams.
Described as an ‘inspiring individual who pushes boundaries and delivers clear and measurable results’ she has a practical, down to earth way of working which brings the best of theory and reality together to produce significant and lasting results.
In her spare time Sarah loves to ride her horse Alfie, who she has had for the past 8 years. She also has four dogs and enjoys long walks, particularly in one of her favourite parts of the world, Cornwall.
